1. Where can I get the embed code for my widget?
There are two ways in which you can obtain the embed code for a widget:
- If you are viewing a webpage and you see a widget that you want, click on the ‘Options’ button underneath the widget in the bottom-left corner. Next, click on the ‘Customize Widget’ button and it will take you to our SpringWidgets ‘Share It’ page for that widget. There is an area to the left of the widget with various icons that represent different code formats (i.e. MySpace, HTML, Blogger, etc…). Click on one of the icons to show the relevant code and directions on how to use it. Depending on where you are going to use the code, you will need to copy the code and/or follow the instructions to post to a site such as Blogger.
- For any widget located in our SpringWidgets Widget Gallery, just click on the “Get this widget” button and this will take you to the “Share it” page. After that, see #1 above.

2. Can I put a widget in my blog?
You can post a widget anywhere as long as the page to which you are posting supports you embedding HTML code into it.
